CS9999 Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to CS9999. By accessing or using the CS9999 platform — whether through the website at cs9999.win or through the CS9999 mobile app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and CS9999.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the CS9999 platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered on CS9999, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, the VIP programme and all promotional offers.

2 Eligibility

To register and use CS9999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on CS9999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, CS9999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending balances pending a review.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and payment details. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and login credentials.
• Never share your CS9999 login details with any other person.
• CS9999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone.
• You must notify CS9999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

CS9999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Verification typically requires a valid form of photo ID. Accounts that cannot complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on CS9999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CS9999 supports the following payment methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment methods only.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to payment methods that have been used for deposits on your account.

CS9999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

CS9999 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all CS9999 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only — one bonus per person, per offer period.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable balance.

6 Betting Rules

Sports betting on CS9999 covers cricket (including PSL and T20 internationals), football, esports and other markets as available. The following rules apply to all betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless CS9999 explicitly offers a cash-out option for that market.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, even if odds change after confirmation.
• In-play betting is subject to market availability and network latency — CS9999 is not responsible for bets placed based on outdated odds due to connection delays.
• If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned and not resumed within the specified time, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.
• CS9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors in the odds system, or to place bets using insider information, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Maximum winnings per bet or per event may apply and are displayed in the applicable betting market. CS9999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion.

7 Casino & Games

All casino games available on CS9999 — including live casino tables, slot games and fish games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are hosted by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by CS9999 in any way.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available in the paytable of each individual title.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game provider hosting the table.
• Fish game outcomes are determined by the game engine and are not influenced by player volume or session history.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays — in the event of a technical fault during a game session, the affected round will be declared void and any stake returned.

8 Player Conduct

CS9999 expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using software tools, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with the CS9999 platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after withdrawing winnings.
• Using the CS9999 platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing CS9999 staff or other players through any channel.

CS9999 monitors account activity for irregular patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, CS9999 reserves the right to suspend the account, void associated winnings and report relevant activity to appropriate authorities.

9 Security & Privacy

10 Limitation of Liability

• CS9999 is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control.
• CS9999 is not responsible for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile network drops during live betting or casino sessions.
• CS9999's liability is limited in all circumstances to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of any claimed loss.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

CS9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Duplicate account registration.
